Grace & Ian | December 22nd 2018 | Chittenden, VT
There is nothing quite like a winter wedding in Vermont. Especially when that wedding is full of incredible cozy details and has the best view in Vermont as a backdrop. Grace and Ian were the most gracious hosts. Relaxed, happy, easy going.
When I walked in Grace’s suite I was immediately struck by her amazingly warm smile and her playlist 🙂 Weird, I know, but her playlist sounded like I had put together entirely. We connected over “discovering” Leon Bridges before he was well known and our love for apples. She felt like an old friend I just reconnected with. A very warm, incredibly stylish and elegant friend 🙂
Even though they got married in Vermont, in a barn, they did not want the wedding to feel rustic. And they accomplished just that. It felt incredibly elegant and romantic with details like dark greenery, magnolia leaves, and large off-white flowers. The accents were mainly brass or gold, adding a touch of luxury.
